At Malayalam Research Key, we strive to provide high-quality academic content to our readers. Since our online edition is free to access, this Refund Policy primarily concerns our Print Edition Subscriptions.

1. Print Subscription Refunds

Because Malayalam Research Key is a quarterly journal, resources are allocated based on active subscription counts.

• Full Refunds: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your subscription within 7 days of payment, provided the first issue of your subscription period has not yet been dispatched.

• Partial Refunds: If you wish to cancel your subscription after receiving one or more issues, we will refund the remaining balance of your subscription on a pro-rata basis, minus a processing fee of 10%.

• Non-Refundable: Once the final issue of a subscription cycle has been dispatched, no refunds will be issued for that cycle.

2. Damaged or Missing Issues

We take great care in packaging our print editions. However, if your copy arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Damaged Copies: Please notify us within 10 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will send a replacement copy at no additional cost.

• Missing Issues: If you do not receive an issue within 15 days of the scheduled publication date, please contact us. We will investigate the tracking and, if confirmed lost, provide a replacement.

3. Online Edition

As the online edition of Malayalam Research Key is free of charge, there are no financial transactions involved, and therefore no refunds are applicable for digital access.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund or report a damaged issue, please follow these steps:

2. Include your full name, contact number, and the reason for the request.

3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original method of payment.

5. Changes to Subscription

If you have moved, please update your delivery address at least 20 days before the next scheduled publication (January, April, July, October). We cannot offer refunds for issues delivered to an outdated address provided by the subscriber.
